안녕하세요. 정진우입니다. 오늘은 대학원 졸업식이 있었습니다.
2016년부터 시작한 박사학위 과정이 오늘로써 모두 마무리되었습니다. 그동안 많은 어려움과 고난도 있었지만, 뒤돌아보니 은혜였고 감사한 순간들이 많았습니다.
제가 받은 최종학위는 경제학 박사이며, 상업용 부동산에 관심이 많습니다.
박사학위논문 제목은 “딥 러닝을 이용한 미국 오피스 자본환원율 예측에 관한 연구”입니다.
앞으로 박사로써 한국의 상업용 부동산의 발전에도 조금 기여하고 싶습니다. 만약 상업용 부동산과 관련하여 학문적으로 논의하고 관심 있는 분들은 연락 부탁드리며, 함께 공부하면서 또한 성장하고 싶습니다.
마지막으로 이 길을 인도하신 하나님과, 사랑하는 가족, 그리고 제 지도교수님이신 진창하 교수님께 다시 한번 감사의 말씀을 올립니다.

Today is my graduation day for my Ph.D. from graduate school. I started graduate school in 2016, and today I finally received my Ph.D. certificate. There were many challenges and hardships along the way, but looking back, there were also many moments of grace and gratitude. My final degree is a Ph.D. in economics, with a strong interest in commercial real estate. The title of my dissertation is "A Study on Forecasting the US National Office Capitalization Rate Using Deep Learning." I hope to contribute to the development of commercial real estate in Korea as a doctoral student. If anyone is interested in discussing commercial real estate academically, please contact me. I would love to learn and grow with you. Finally, I would like to thank God for guiding me along this path, my loving family, and my advisor, Prof. Changha Jin. I would like to thank everyone for their congratulations.
